Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Please reach out to our support team as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address.

What if my package arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event your Dentolyn shipment arrives damaged, please email us at support@dentolyn.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement promptly.

I never received my order. What now?
